How to Cook Macaroni
Basic boiled unbroken macaroni to drain and use in other recipes. Source : Alexander Filippini, The International Cook Book (1906), filippini-1906-0385. Adaptation documentaire ; illustration synthétique. Recette non cuisinée ni mesurée par cette campagne. Adaptations : The selected long unbroken tubular modern pasta is checked earlier than the historical forty-minute guide and drained when tender but firm. No cooked yield is inferred from the dry weight or boiling-water volume. Limites : Dry 227 g is the purchased input; cooked mass, absorbed water and diners remain unknown. Product thickness and actual cook time vary.
