Step 1
Place tablespoon sugar in heat-safe large glass and add one measured wineglass brandy and two dashes selected Jamaica rum. Fill safely with measured boiling-hot pasteurized milk, stir, add recorded little grated nutmeg and serve hot with burn-safe handling.
