Mashed Yellow Turnips

Step 1

Peel/cut TWO yellow turnips, wash and cover with recorded water ONE INCH ABOVE pieces; boil with tsp salt and half-ounce butter for one-hour historical guide. Drain, mash, add SEPARATE ounce butter/half-tsp salt/three saltspoons pepper and stir on fire three minutes, serve dome-shaped.
