Bring HALF PINT each water and milk with THREE saltspoons salt to a boil. Add HALF CUP dry cream-of-wheat cereal, stir over low heat for source THIRTY MINUTES, scraping the bottom until safely hot and cooked.
Step 2
Serve in hot deep dish with cold cream and powdered sugar SEPARATELY in actual selected, recorded amounts.
