Malaga Punch

Step 1
Prepare ONE No376 lemon-water ice batch from its embedded sugar, water, three lemons and selected pasteurized egg white; strain into freezer and begin chilling.
Step 2
While this SAME mixture is in freezer/soft stage, pour in HALF GILL Malaga wine, mix well with spatula, complete safe freezing and divide actual output among SIX sherbet glasses. No separately finished plain No376 ice is prepared first.
