Warm sieved canned apricot sauce with vanilla, maraschino and kirsch.

Step 1
Press the canned apricots with their packing liquor through a sieve.
Step 2
Combine strained purée with vanilla, maraschino and kirsch. Warm gently about five minutes without boiling; use hot, including over No. 548 pudding.
