Step 1
Peel/halve/stone TWELVE peaches, toss with tbsp powdered sugar and two tbsp maraschino and infuse safely chilled for recorded time. Whip two gills cold thick cream to stiff peaks with ounce sugar and six vanilla drops. Mound cream and ring with twenty-four peach halves; dust with recorded extra sugar.
