Sauce Britannia
Apple, horseradish and orange marmalade sauce.

Steps
Step 1
Slice four apples, cook with half gill water/salt until nearly dry (fifteen-minute guide), stirring frequently. Mix in horseradish, press apple through sieve.
Step 2
Add orange marmalade, ounce sugar and all juice of one orange, mix, measure actual sauce and serve in separate bowl.
