Indian Pudding Soufflé — Modern Mould Adaptation

First helping of hot airy farina pudding with same caramel/shredded-almond lining and share of all41 sauce already over the whole pudding. Source: Alexander Filippini, The International Cook Book (1906), filippini-1906-2477. Documentary adaptation; synthetic illustration. Not cooked, measured or tasted by this project. Modern adaptation: choose ONE food-safe ovenproof mould large enough for ALL the pudding batter, ALL its caramel and shredded-almond lining, and cooking/rising space. This explicitly replaces the historical fixed quart mould; no partial filling, reduced batch, second mould or guaranteed quart fit. Prepare No41 sauce once from its listed inputs and pour ALL the finished hot sauce over the whole pudding; each helping carries its share. The four yolks and four whites come from the SAME four whole eggs bought once. Limits: exact mould capacity, fill, headroom, rise, set, release, finished yield, sauce coverage and alcohol retention remain unmeasured. No diner count or helping fraction is established. The photograph shows one helping, with the remainder outside the image.
