Mashed Squash
One small boiled squash mashed with butter.

Step 1
Cut/peel one small squash and remove spongy centre. Cover in separately measured water with teaspoon salt, boil forty-five-minute guide or until soft, drain through sieve.
Step 2
Mash cooked squash, stir on heat with separate ounce butter, finishing salt/pepper two minutes, serve actual mass.
