Layered Raspberry Cordial
A small layered cordial of raspberry syrup, maraschino, white crème de menthe, green Chartreuse and brandy.
Method
Steps
Step 1
Put half a teaspoon of raspberry syrup in the bottom of a small cordial glass.
Step 2
Carefully pour half a teaspoon of maraschino liqueur over the syrup without mixing the layers.
Step 3
Carefully add half a teaspoon of white crème de menthe over the maraschino.
Step 4
Carefully add half a teaspoon of green Chartreuse over the crème de menthe.
Step 5
Finish with half a teaspoon of brandy, pouring gently over the Chartreuse.
Step 6
Serve very carefully without shaking or mixing the different colours.
