Celery, Apple and Edible Chrysanthemum Salad
Fine celery and apple shreds with truffle and culinary chrysanthemum petals under mayonnaise dressing.

Step 1
For the proposed mayonnaise dressing, whisk ready-to-eat mayonnaise with lemon juice, mustard, water and pepper until it lightly coats a spoon. Keep the completed dressing chilled until the dish is assembled.
Step 2
Wash food-grade edible petals and vegetables; shred celery, apples and truffle finely. Toss with petals, salt and pepper while chilled.
Step 3
Cover lightly with the proposed mayonnaise dressing and garnish with hard-boiled egg and olives. Serve cold promptly.
