Apricots in Cream
Drained canned apricots served with thick cream and icing sugar on the side.

Step 1
Open the pint can of apricots and drain off the packing liquid. Arrange the drained fruit in a clean fruit-serving dish.
Step 2
Keep the thick cream chilled until service, then put it in a separate jug and icing sugar in a separate bowl. Serve both alongside the apricots for diners to add at the table.
