Layered Curaçao, Chartreuse and Brandy Cordial
A small layered cordial of red Curaçao, yellow Chartreuse and brandy, poured carefully over a spoon.
Method
Steps
Step 1
Put one teaspoon of red Curaçao in the bottom of a small cordial glass.
Step 2
Fill a teaspoon with yellow Chartreuse. Lower it gently until the tip just touches the surface of the Curaçao, then slowly withdraw the spoon until it is empty.
Step 3
Fill the teaspoon with brandy and gradually pour it over the yellow Chartreuse.
Step 4
Serve without shaking or stirring.
