Rose Punch
Granular lemon water ice gently scented with rosewater and served in sherbet glasses.

Steps
Step 1
Have all the lemon ice from the linked preparation ready in its freezer, still frozen and granular, using one white from a commercially pasteurized shell egg for that preparation.
Step 2
Pour one tablespoon of culinary rosewater into this same ready lemon ice. Mix it well with a clean wooden spoon.
Step 3
Spoon the rose-scented ice into six sherbet glasses and serve immediately.
